Very good experience overall. Sales contacts (Isaac Macias and Chase Wood) were both very easy to work with and great communicators. This was important since I was not buying from a local dealer. Chase is young and hungry, and was great to deal with. Dealer seems to have a nice customer-focused culture.

Reginald did an AMAZING job! I had some questions about my trade-in’s worth and he helped me immediately. I told him I had an appointment in 3 hours and he got me out the door in my new Trailblazer in time for my next appointment. Even though he had to work fast to get it done he made sure all of my questions were answered and he even followed up with me the next day to see if I came up with any questions that he may have missed. I highly recommend him and North Park! I have purchased all 3 of my vehicles there and will probably be going back within a year to get my almost 16 year old on the road

I had great service from Dale Thames in the North Park Chevrolet service department. I had extreme warranty issues with my 2016 GMC Denali transmission and suspension system. Dale went to bat for me with GM extended warranty. It was not the best outcome to no fault of Dale’s, but to GM’s extended warranty crummy customer service. When I purchase another vehicle, I am/was interested in the Chevy Traverse, and will go to NP Chevrolet because Dale restored my faith in good customer service and professionalism. But I will think long and hard about that choice because of it being a GM product.

My experience was amazing and easy

Tread separated on the tire ~15 miles from the dealership. That’s not on them. What is on North Park is the way they handled it. “Well, the service dept is closed so just drive to Austin on the ruined tire.” “Well, this is a tire, and it’s possible you ran over something so it’s not on us.” “Okay, drive two hours back to the dealership and we’ll replace the tire and see about the rest of the damage, no promises. I took it to another dealership nearer to me, where it’s undergoing warranty repairs. No outreach from North Park. No follow up. They got their sale and that’s all that matters to them.

To my surprise my vehicle was ready 30 minutes before the time I was given. I really appreciated the fact that my time seemed to be valued by your staff by working on my vehicle in a timely fashion. I’ve worked with plenty of other dealerships in the past and it’s very discouraging when I am given a certain time frame and it isn’t honored for whatever reason even with an appointment. Very happy with the service department and the professionalism is evident in your staff.

You insist we use your automated system to schedule our appointment and when we arrive for our appointment it is a wild west show with first come first serve approach. Why have an appointment or why is my time slot not there for me????????????? And I arrived ahead of my time slot. If any other business did this then I would never return. My curtesy oil change was not worth the effort. All goodwill was lost by the delay of my time.

The vehicle was kept for almost 3 weeks with only one update the day after we took it in. Was never contacted about receiving a rental therefore traveling, whether to work, stores or anywhere for that matter, especially with our whole family was impossible. The vehicle is brand new and has already had to be in service twice with again… no rental to replace it.

Took three weeks to get minor repairs done; poor level of communication from service rep-as to length of time it was going to take and keeping me up to date on progress.

I had a great experience during my visit. I was told the oil change would take about an hour, and it was completed right around that time, which I really appreciated. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, the service was smooth and stress-free, and I would definitely return and recommend this location to others.

It's the second time I've gotten a leased car. Reggie Higginbottom is our salesperson and he does great work. Which is the reason why I returned to get another one. Although, it was under the situation that the car I leasted before was involved in an accident that totaled it. But after the 9 months which was what was remaining on the least, I still would have returned to get a new one. So now I got a beautiful 2026 Blazer EV and I'm very happy with it. Reggie does a great job in his salesmanship and should get a raise!

I was able to visit the dealership through the internet, received a call from Brooklyn and we discussed everything about my purchase through the phone. I did my finance through the phone and I my way the dealership she had my truck detailed and gas up. I spent less then a hour at the dealership and I was on my way. Awesome.

We enjoyed working with your super sales team (Mr. Joe Hernandez and his Assistant). We felt very comfortable working with them and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. The dealership was very clean. The only disappointing aspect of our new car purchasing experience has nothing to do with the sales team or the dealership. We found it odd that the purchase of a vehicle around $29K did not include a full 300+ page user manual. The skimpy 10-15 page version furnished to us contained errors. For example, to open the hood the small booklet said to release a secondary hood release lever (and gave a picture of it), which is not even on our new 2026 Equinox vehicle. So, we went to eBay and bought the full service manual for a little over $50. Nevertheless, we are pleased with North Park Chevrolet of Castroville and their great sales folks. Thanks

Fast and good customer service

2nd survey - Beto called to tell me he got my survey from Monday and it wasn’t good. He had an EV for me now and he offered to deliver but I opted to pick up because I can’t trust that my car would arrive as it left. Now we wait and see how long it will actually take to fix my car because he said it would sit for a week before it gets looked at. To be continued.
