My wife and I absolutely love the dealership. We bought our 2024 traverse there a year later we went back for a 2025 Silverado LT. We are very satisfied with the customer service there later in the future will return for a business truck.

Reginald did an AMAZING job! I had some questions about my trade-in’s worth and he helped me immediately. I told him I had an appointment in 3 hours and he got me out the door in my new Trailblazer in time for my next appointment. Even though he had to work fast to get it done he made sure all of my questions were answered and he even followed up with me the next day to see if I came up with any questions that he may have missed. I highly recommend him and North Park! I have purchased all 3 of my vehicles there and will probably be going back within a year to get my almost 16 year old on the road

Tread separated on the tire ~15 miles from the dealership. That’s not on them. What is on North Park is the way they handled it. “Well, the service dept is closed so just drive to Austin on the ruined tire.” “Well, this is a tire, and it’s possible you ran over something so it’s not on us.” “Okay, drive two hours back to the dealership and we’ll replace the tire and see about the rest of the damage, no promises. I took it to another dealership nearer to me, where it’s undergoing warranty repairs. No outreach from North Park. No follow up. They got their sale and that’s all that matters to them.

I had great service from Dale Thames in the North Park Chevrolet service department. I had extreme warranty issues with my 2016 GMC Denali transmission and suspension system. Dale went to bat for me with GM extended warranty. It was not the best outcome to no fault of Dale’s, but to GM’s extended warranty crummy customer service. When I purchase another vehicle, I am/was interested in the Chevy Traverse, and will go to NP Chevrolet because Dale restored my faith in good customer service and professionalism. But I will think long and hard about that choice because of it being a GM product.

It took over an hour for my first oil change. You insist we use your automated system to schedule our appointment and when we arrive for our appointment it is a wild west show with first come first serve approach. Why have an appointment or why is my time slot not there for me????????????? And I arrived ahead of my time slot. If any other business did this then I would never return. My curtesy oil change was not worth the effort. All goodwill was lost by the delay of my time.

I’ve worked with plenty of other dealerships in the past and it’s very discouraging when I am given a certain time frame and it isn’t honored for whatever reason even with an appointment. It's the second time I've gotten a leased car. Reggie Higginbottom is our salesperson and he does great work. Which is the reason why I returned to get another one. Although, it was under the situation that the car I leasted before was involved in an accident that totaled it. But after the 9 months which was what was remaining on the least, I still would have returned to get a new one. So now I got a beautiful 2026 Blazer EV and I'm very happy with it. Reggie does a great job in his salesmanship and should get a raise!

The vehicle was kept for almost 3 weeks with only one update the day after we took it in. Was never contacted about receiving a rental therefore traveling, whether to work, stores or anywhere for that matter, especially with our whole family was impossible. The vehicle is brand new and has already had to be in service twice with again… no rental to replace it.

Took three weeks to get minor repairs done; poor level of communication from service rep-as to length of time it was going to take and keeping me up to date on progress.

The dealership was very clean. The only disappointing aspect of our new car purchasing experience has nothing to do with the sales team or the dealership. We found it odd that the purchase of a vehicle around $29K did not include a full 300+ page user manual. The skimpy 10-15 page version furnished to us contained errors. For example, to open the hood the small booklet said to release a secondary hood release lever (and gave a picture of it), which is not even on our new 2026 Equinox vehicle. So, we went to eBay and bought the full service manual for a little over $50. Nevertheless, we are pleased with North Park Chevrolet of Castroville and their great sales folks. Thanks

I have leased and purchased multiple vehicles from Eric Smith and each time, it’s a great experience. He does right by the customer each time. His assistant went above and beyond as well giving me all the details of the vehicle while test driving as well as walking me through each new screen information that I’d never had on previous vehicles. We worked with Tony Ruiz and Joe Cooks (I believe that’s his last name) and they were so kind and customer focused throughout our entire interaction! They were honest, patient, and thorough. Walked out with our dream car at a price that suited us perfectly.

I took my 2026 Equinox for an oil change. Upon inspection, it was determined that the front axle boot was leaking grease. You didn't have the part in stock and it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Since this was a warranty covered item, you offered a loaner vehicle while waiting for the part. After some time, you called that my vehicle was ready. Up to this point, excellent customer service. It was when I returned the loaner vehicle that things started turning. Upon inspection, it was determined that there was a "rock chip" on the right front fender. Pictures were taken. You should have a copy. If not, I will gladly share mine. Since there was no dent or other damage, it seems to me that some touch up paint would resolve this problem. One of your service advisors told the person inspecting that this would not be sent to the body shop for repairs. Upon submitting the paperwork to you service manager, it was determined that the "damage was significant" but after some consideration, I would "only have to pay" $50. I asked to speak with the Service Manager but he would not come out of his office. After I insisted that I should not be responsible for non necessary repairs for a rock chip, the manager sent the message that I would not have to pay. However, you would no longer offer a loaner vehicle as part of the service for warranty covered repairs. I have been a North Park customer for years. I have purchased Chevrolets, Toyotas, Lexus and had them serviced by you. I have never had an issue with your service, In fact, I have highly recommended your organization to others looking to buy or service their vehicles. This experience with the loaner vehicle return has left me reconsidering my choices upon my next vehicle service or purchase. Thank you for allowing me to share this experience with you.

My salesman Calvin Rangel was excellent. I let him know (via telephone) from the get go what I was looking to get and asked about dealer add ons which he was fully transparent about and that helped make my decision easier to make the trip from Floresville to y’all’s location to make my purchase.

I was able to visit the dealership through the internet, received a call from Brooklyn and we discussed everything about my purchase through the phone. I did my finance through the phone and I my way the dealership she had my truck detailed and gas up. I spent less then a hour at the dealership and I was on my way. Awesome.

Buying the truck was a very pleasant experience. I was at work for most of the transaction and went in only to sign and pick up the vehicle. I appreciate Mike and Justin for helping me. They’re both extremely courteous and professional.

2nd survey - Beto called to tell me he got my survey from Monday and it wasn’t good. He had an EV for me now and he offered to deliver but I opted to pick up because I can’t trust that my car would arrive as it left. Now we wait and see how long it will actually take to fix my car because he said it would sit for a week before it gets looked at. To be continued.

Salesman was very profesional and courtious. Finance director quited a price and changed the paymentwithout letting me know. I caught his mistake and refused to change the quote.quoted 781 monthly amd changed it to 840. This was imcluding platinum warranty. Also was charged 499 for sprayon bedliner and was not installed. Was sold a truck on contract with 8 miles and when I left dealership athirty miles away It had over 1000 miles odometer. Finance director and manager refused to fix there mistakes.Please make sure you check contract before signing

Each and every time I deal with the service dept. there are issues. They have damaged my interior A pillar, most recently the handle attached to it. They have previously forgotten to tighten the locking lug nut, did not replace the valve stem cap with the diesel green caps. And on this last occasion service did not fill up the DEF for my Diesel LT Trail Boss. And when I mentioned it to the service advisor I was told that that is not included on the initial complimentary maintenance after purchase, which is not correct. It should be up to 4 gallons that are covered.

Ordered a part it took over a month to get it in I was dissatisfied. Other than that the service department did whatever they could from a stand point . Will was kind enough to call me and let me know where everything stood tell my part came in and my car was ready . Happy for the service.

Take too long I was with out of truck for a week and they don’t even offer a loaner

The truck is under warranty. It has had a service like on….. last time it came back. Injector system had an issue. Your service department manager said it’s impossible because the truck was less than the old… they reset it and deleted the coat. The Cook came back on a week later. I took it back couple of months ago and I was so you only needed to keep the truck for 3 to 5 days. I asked him the other day. If they could delete or reset the code again. I’ve been told it requires me to leave the truck3 to 5 days. I asked will you provide a rental vehicle and I was told you would have to wait in line for one.

I have bought my last two vehicles here. I like that I can trust my sales rep to help be find what is in my budget and not overly push me to buy something more expensive.

A thermostat that controlled the radiator fans failed. North Park Chev did a diagnostics, replaced the thermostat, and flushing the radiator as well, and replaced a bad battery. All to the tune of $1100 dollars. I realize that complicated parts cost money, battery prices have skyrocketed, and certified mechanics can demand top pay, but $1100 for the work done was exorbitant.
